Shanghai Suzhou Creek Suhe Centre

Suhe Centre emerges as a recent addition to the revitalized Suhewan area in Shanghai, a 200-meter signature tower jointly developed by China Resources Land and Shun Tak Holdings Limited. Serving as the centerpiece of the Suhewan East Urban Complex, this architectural venture aligns with Shanghai’s 2020 vision, redirecting development emphasis to the eastern quarter of the city.

This 42-story tower, strategically positioned adjacent to the newly established Suhewan Park and an underground retail complex, stands as a catalyst for attracting new businesses to the region, benefiting from convenient metro station connections. The tower’s design ingeniously integrates with the surrounding environment, acting as an animated backdrop to the adjacent park. It incorporates scenic lifts that ascend to the rooftop, providing captivating perspectives.

From lower levels offering views of the eastern park to higher elevations revealing breathtaking 360-degree panoramas of Pudong, the historic Bund, and the Huangpu River to the west, the tower offers a dynamic visual experience. Inspired by the industrial aesthetic of nearby structures, the tower’s expressed structure, dark glazing, and stainless-steel frame combine for a modern design. The flexible office floor plates cater to various layouts, and the thoughtful design allows ample natural light to permeate deep plan office spaces. Notably, the recessed middle sections along the western façade enhance the tower’s elegant, slender proportions, creating a harmonious architectural presence.
